So what should you expect?

On this blog I’m going to share the trials and tribulations of my own running journey on the streets of Toronto. I’ll do my best to candidly and honestly share the highs and the lows, plus my favourite running routes, training tips and inspirational running content. I promise I’ll make it worthwhile.

And perhaps most importantly, I’m hoping to document my involvement with the Toronto running club scene. From my preliminary research, it looks like there are tens of running clubs in our great city. So I’m curious to see what they have to offer.

Traditionally, I’ve done most of my running alone. But I think these clubs could offer an appealing social aspect as I try to take my endurance exercise to the next level.
