As most of you undoubtedly know, #STWM is tomorrow! And as we get down to the wire, I can’t help but watch inspiring running videos on YouTube. Luckily, there are thousands of them so I can probably keep this up for a while.

But in the meantime, I wanted to take some time to share a couple of my favourite videos. If you have some downtime on your pre-marathon taper this weekend then check out these videos. It’s amazing what the human body (and mind) are capable of. And these videos just go to show. I hope they help keep you motivated, inspired and ready to run the best race of your life next week.

Inspirational Running Videos for Toronto Marathon Runners:

First of all, there’s the obligatory rise and shine video from Nike. If you’re feeling a little slow tomorrow morning just throw this bad boy on and you’ll be pumped up in 3 minutes flat.

Next, I think a couple of ultra-maathon documentaries are worth watching. Of course, these videos are very inspirational. But they’re also educational. They provide a good reminds that things can get tough out there. However, as long as you keep putting one foot in front of the other things can and will turn around for you. Don’t stop pushing!
